Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Format Design and Print LLC website (formatdesignprint.com), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Services
Format Design and Print LLC provides large format printing and graphic design services including banners, signs, wall graphics, window graphics, and stickers/labels. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement between Format and the client.
Orders and Approvals
All print jobs require written approval of a digital proof before production begins. By approving a proof, the client accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the content, including spelling, colors, and dimensions. Format is not liable for errors approved by the client.
Payment
A deposit of 50% is required before production begins on all new client orders. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup. Format reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment is received in full.
Turnaround and Delivery
Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Format is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their original artwork and logos. By submitting files to Format, clients represent that they have the right to reproduce the submitted materials and indemnify Format against any claims arising from copyright infringement.
Limitation of Liability
Format's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific job in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
